About Me

My photo
marksyspeaks
I am a 65-year-old married father of 4, now pretty much retired. I have been an Arsenal fan since my father first took me to Highbury when I was 6. Having spent my working life first in retail at Marks & Spencer, and then for 30 years running my own print and marketing business, I am taking things a bit easier now and helping out small Charities and SMEs with Change Management projects and a bit of Marketing and Fundraising work as and when such opportunities arise. I am also doing some volunteering; admin for a couple of local sports clubs. In my spare time, I like to watch and read about sport (mainly football, cricket and horse racing) and started this blog a few years ago. I love to write and possibly missed my vocation, so this is not only a bit of fun but also cathartic. I hope you enjoy my musings.
